GARETH ROWAN

Singer, songwriter, multi-instrumentalist, gourmet, actor, clown, manicurist and showman, Gareth Rowan has had a chequered but fascinating career so far!

The music has always been there. Harmonica and Ukulele from the age of six, first guitar at the age of fourteen, singing before he could talk.

RADA trained as an actor, Gareth spent 12 years touring all over the world in various  comedies, theatre in education shows, dodgy whodunits, major musicals including Little Shop of Horrors and Patsy Cline - A Musical Tribute which took Gareth into the west end and introduced him to friend and mentor George Hamilton iv.

Country Music has always been Gareth's primary source, with the blues, reggae and soul stirring themselves into the stew along the way.

Gareth can be seen fronting Too Country, the UK's Texas Tried and Tested Honky Tonk band, working solo, and as part of a new project with legendary pedal steel guitar innovator, BJ Cole
